TRIDATU DOKUMENTASI acts as a reservation system for photographers. By booking a photographer for example from 4pm till 6pm, you only have them available for you during those 2 hrs. If you choose to travel from point A to B, that will be part of the 2-hour reservation. Should you come late to the photoshoot, that will also be deducted from the 2-hour photoshoot.
The photoshoot will run only on the time that clients booked (e.g. 1 hour or 2 hours). If you come late, the time will be deducted from the session. If your session time runs more than your initial, there will be an additional fee applied. For the additional charge, please contact my team.
You can move to different locations as long as they’re near to each other or can be reached within walking distance. The travel time is included in your photo session.
Yes. You can ask to cancel the order but no refund will be given for cancellation requests.

But we like to work more than others, for that we take days off between the gaps in the shooting schedule.
Usually the schedule is quite quiet, scheduling is Monday or Tuesday. In between we have the day off but maybe another day as well.
So, we really ask you not to suddenly place an order so that it doesn't clash with the registered customer's schedule or coincidentally on our holidays.
